By examining the treatment of the city’s noise across over 30 films spanning 80 years, the project weaves a montage of cinematic moments to explore how the urban cacophony has been captured and interpreted.

The film reveals Istanbul as a “place of chaos,” where its noise seems to remain an unchanging constant through time.
